It is intriguing how this illustration was designed and the techniques it uses to contruct a message. So much emotion is depicted in one go and it’s a truely amazing piece of work. It is also a design that allows personal reflection which further allows ourselves to personally indentify within it.
I like it’s simplicity within the design of the human, it creates further emphasise on the actual design focus which is the “head piece”, it seems like in a way she is carrying a burden of memories, so much goes on in this girl’s head and she is continuously reminded of it. However, alternatively, in a way she seems emotion-less in a way where these memories are being forced on her and there is no way out of it. The red in the background can possibly symbolise the hidden anger, but the contrast of the blue in her hair elaborates that neutrality of her life and how she carries these memories on her head throughout her life, again the focus how her day life is lived like this.
