Week 4 Poster
Not quite sure if I was allowed to change the concept or if I even did this right, anywho seeing as how another student did a non lecture poster, I decided to also go for a slightly different track.
So basically this guy is an Italian singer who’s popularity is rising world wide so for this I played upon the quote “rising star” or in the case of my work, a moving star that is coming towards us. He’s known for his soothing romantic voice and so I went with a stary night to achieve this look. The spheres at the top are coloured in Italy’s well known iconic colour system; the inspiration I got here was from cafe awnings. As strange as this may sound, if you google italian cafes, it’s all you see. The idea here is to also emphasise that this not so much a dancing kind of concert but instead, a more calm relaxed environment.
